How to connect Controller Before using Cronusmax, setup your Cronusmax as the picture shown. Recommend use Bluetooth 4.0 USB Dongle other than early version.

On PS4 The PS4 regularly requests authentication (every 30 seconds), for this reason a controller capable to reply those requests is need to be connected on Cronusmax device full time, making not possible exchanging the controller for crossover feature.

Keyboard and Mouse on PS3 / Xbox 360 To setup Keyboard and mouse, connect Crunusmax Connect . To setup MaxAim function follow the below pictures.

1. Connect Cronusmax with mini USB cable to PC > Switch on PS3/ Xbox 360 , plug in cronusmax to the console > ( for Xbox 360 you will need to connect the xbox 360 wired controller to cronusmax all time. 2. Enter Gtuner on PC, go to plugins > MaxAim. On pop up windows, select File > New Empty Layout > Create New Name and press enter > go to Layout Options > controller > select the controller layout you want. 3. Setup the buttons by right click the box on controller layout and select the remap button from keybarod or mouse > after setup all buttons, click "Enter Capture Mode" (on the middle of top), you are now able to use keyboard and mouse on the console. CronusMAX Limitations We know that CronusMAX can do pretty much anything but in order to pack this much functionality into one affordable device there are a couple of minor limitations that we want to make you aware of: 1. An Xbox 360 Wired Controller is required for the initial setup on an XBOX 360 console. This is for authentication purposes and is a workaround to keep everything 100% legal. The play and charge cable will not work as it doesn’t send any data. This needs to be done every time the consoles power is cycled. For Xbox One authentication you can simply use an Xbox One Wireless Controller with USB cable. Once a Controller has been used for the authentication procedure, it cannot be used on the console while the CronusMAX is in use as its unique ID is stored until the CronusMAX is disconnected. As a rule of thumb it’s always best to have a secondary spare Controller on hand for authenticating your actual game play Controller that you will be using with your CronusMAX. 2. A Bluetooth USB Adapter compliant with 2.0+EDR standard is required when using a PS4, PS3 or Wiimote Wireless Controller. 3. A Microsoft Wireless receiver is required when using an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller. Not required when using a Wired Controller. 4. Due to how the CronusMAX communicates with the Xbox One or Xbox 360 Controller, you will not be able to use a chatpad or any Wired headsets that plug into the XBOX Controller itself. However, any headset that can connect directly to the console either Wired or Wireless will work as long as it does not plug into the CronusMAX, or into a Controller that is being supported by the CronusMAX at that current time. Forum users have been coming up with their own workarounds – 5. There is currently no Playstation 4 Console support – This is under development at time of writing (There is however full Controller support so you can use a PS4 Controller on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3 etc)
