Major Changes  The UAE air force received its 3 new A330MRTT aerial refueling aircraft  The UAE Army is absorbing its new ATACMS ballistic missiles, as well as its new MLRS and GMLRS rockets, which were part of the same deal  The UAE Air Defense forces are acquiring the latest version of Patriot SAMs, including the anti ballistic PAC-3 missiles as well as 3 units of the THAAD anti ballistic missile, of which the UAE will be the first non US customer.  The UAE Navy received its first Baynunah corvette. These corvettes are equipped with MM-40 block III Excocet anti ship missiles, as well as RIM-7 and SeaSparrow anti aircraft and anti missile systems.  The UAE navy receive its orders of a new 2 Falaj-2 fast attack crafts, as well as one Abu-Dhabi class frigate, both from Italy.
