GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INFORMATIONS Package price indicated on the registration form is per person per 7 nights / 8 days (from 15 to 21 July's night) full board accomodation. Single rooms are available in a very limited number and even paying the rate, they will be assigned on a first-‐come first served basis. Prices don't include city tax to be paid directly in hotel. Meals in the hotel or in Trisome Village do not include drinks except the water. Meals timetable: breakfast (in hotel) from 7:00 to 9:30 -‐ lunch (at Trisome Village) from 12:00 to 14:30 -‐ dinner (in hotel) from 20:00 to 22:00. The registration is valid only after receipt of this sheet. The Travel Agency partner will contact within February any national delegation to know the names of all participants and for having a photo for any participant. The LOC sport organization will contact within February any national delegation to know the name of all the athletes enlisted in any single sport. The excursions must be payed within 16th of July at the Trisome registration desk. Every national delegation must bring three flags of their country OPENING CEREMONY : The opening ceremony will be held in the afternoon of 16th July in Florence downtown from Duomo Square DINNER PARTIES : Welcome Dinner on 16th July + Good bye Dinner Party on 21st July CONGRESS : On 19th July morning will be held the International Conference on Down Syndrome in Palazzo Vecchio-‐Salone dei Cinquecento SOCIAL PROGRAM : On 19th July there will be a Social Program Day with a tour of Florence's monuments, museums, and its beauties. PAYMENT CONDITIONS : 1st payment : 30% Package (240,00 €) to pay before 31th January 2016. 2nd payment : 40% Package (320,00 €) to pay before 30th April 2016. 3rd payment: 30% Package (240,00 €) to pay before 15th June 2016.
