ANA GÖVDE VE KAPAKLAR Özel alüminyum profillerin köfle birlefltirme parçalar› ile irtibatland›r›lmas› suretiyle imal edilmektedir. Cihaz kapaklar› DKP sactan imal edilerek ana gövde ile beraber d›fl tesirlere karfl› özel f›r›n boya ile dekoratif renkte boyanmaktad›r. Cihaz iç yüzeyleri ›s›ya ve sese karfl› yal›t›lmaktad›r.

MAIN BODY AND COVERS Manufactured by the way of connecting special aluminum profiles to corner connection parts. The covers of the device are manufactured from steel sheet iron and painted with the main body against external influences with special oven-dry paint in decorative colors. Internal surfaces of the device are isolated against heat and noise.

SO⁄UTMA KOMPRESÖRÜ Hermetik veya yar› hermetik kompresörler kullan›lmaktad›r. Gerekli flebeke gerilimi 3 x 400V 50 Hz.dir.

COOLING COMPRESSORS Hermetic or semi-hermetic compressors are used. The unit control voltage is 3Ph - 400V - 50Hz.

KONDENSER Cihaz›n kullanma flekline göre iki de¤iflik tipte imal edilebilir.

CONDENSER It can be manufactured in two different types depending on the application of the device;

Hava so¤utmal› kondenser Bak›r boru üzerine alüminyum kanatlar›n uygun hatve ile dizilip bak›r borular›n alüminyum kanatlara tam bir ›s› transferi verebilmesi amac› ile özel usulle fliflirilmesiyle imal edilmifltir. Hava so¤utmal› kondenserlerde hava sirkülasyonunu, motoru ile direkt akuple aksiyal plastik vantilatörler sa¤lamaktad›r.

Air Cooled Condenser Manufactured from copper pipes and aluminium fins. Copper pipes are blown up by the way of the special method so as to provide maximum head transfer to the aluminium fins. In air cooled condensers, the air circulation is provided by axial fans which are coupled with the motor.

Su so¤utmal› kondenser Shell & tube tipinde bak›r borular›n çelik aynalara makinetto ile tespit edilmek sureti ile imal edilmektedir. Su so¤utmal› kondenserli cihazlar için ayr›ca su so¤utma kulesi ile kondenser pompas›na ihtiyaç vard›r.

Water Cooled Condenser Manufactured in Shell & Tube form by fixing the special high performance copper pipes to grooved steel tubesheet holes with the tube expander method. For device with water cooled condenser, water cooling tower and condenser pump are necessary. 2

SO⁄UTUCU BATARYA (Evaporatör) Bak›r borulu ve alüminyum kanatl› olarak imal edilmifl so¤utucu batarya optimum al›n sath›na ve azami ›s› geçirgenli¤ine sahiptir. So¤utucu batarya, kendi üzerinden geçen havay› so¤uturken içindeki rutubeti de yo¤uflturacak flekilde dizayn edilmifltir.

COOLING COIL (Evaporator) The cooling coil which is manufactured by copper pipes and aluminium fins has an optimum front area and maximum heat transfer. The evaporator is designed so as to condense the humidity in the air while it cools the air passing through itself.

ISITICI BATARYA Bak›r boru alüminyum kanatl› olarak imal edilmifl olan ›s›t›c› batarya istenildi¤i takdirde cihaza monte edilir. Is›t›c› ak›flkan olarak s›cak su, k›zg›n su ve 1 Atü buhar kullan›labilir. Is›t›c› ak›flkan olmamas› halinde istek üzerine elektrikli ›s›t›c› konabilir.

HEATING COIL Manufactured by copper pipes and aluminium fins and it can be mounted on the device if desired. Hot water and steam can be used as heating liquid. If heating liquid is not available, electrical heater can be installed as an option.

RADYAL FAN VE MOTORU Avrupa menfleli s›kkanat tipinde, çift emiflli, özel yatakl›, sessiz çal›flan radyal vantilatör, so¤utucu, ›s›t›c›, hava filtresindeki ve cihaz üzerine ba¤lanacak olan hava kanal›ndaki bas›nç kay›plar›n› karfl›layabilecek evsafta ve kalitededir. Kay›fl kasnak tertibat› ile motora ba¤lanan vantilatör ihtiyaca göre muhtelif devirlerde tahrik edilebilmektedir.

RADIAL FAN AND MOTOR The radial ventilator which is Europe origin, close fin type, double inlet and which works silently with special bearing meets the needs and quality so as to satisfy the pressure loss in the cooler,heater,air filter and air duct which will be mounted on the device. The ventilator which is connected to the motor with belt-driven unit , can be driven in various rotations according to the requirements.

EM‹fi MENFEZ‹ VE F‹LTRE Özel malzemeden teflkil edilmifl bulunan filtre eleman› yüksek temizleme kapasitesine haizdir. Kirlenen filtrelerin birkaç kere silkeleme ve solvent içinde y›kama ve bas›nçl› hava ile temizleme ameliyesinden sonra her 3-4 ayda bir yenisi ile de¤ifltirilmesi gerekir.

SUCTION GRILL AND FILTER The filter is made of special material and has a great cleaning capacity. The dirty filters can be shaked off , washed in a solvent and cleaned with pressurized air but it should be changed with a new one in every 3-4 months. OUTLET AIR CONNECTION The device can be equipped with an outlet air connection if partly air change is required in air conditioned place. Filter is mounted on the mentioned connection.

DIfi HAVA BA⁄LANTISI Klimatize edilen mahaldeki havay› k›smen de¤ifltirmek istenilmesi halinde bir d›fl hava ba¤lant› panjuru ile techiz edilirler. Söz konusu panjur üzerine filtre monte edilmektedir.

COMPONENTS OF THE COOLING CIRCUIT Drier filter, sight glass, thermostatic expansion valve, solenoid valve, dual control, shut-off valves and room thermostat are included on the cooling circuit.

CONDENSER WATER/GAS CONNECTION Water inlet/outlet connections of condenser should be connected to water cooling tower in water cooled units. Copper pipes which are coming from indoor unit should be connected to Air Cooled Condenser in Air Cooled Units.

KONDERSER SU/GAZ BA⁄LANTISI Su so¤utmal› kondenserli cihazlarda; kondenserin su girifl/ç›k›fl ba¤lant›s› so¤utma kulesi ile irtibatland›r›lmal›d›r. Hava so¤utmal› kondenserli cihazlarda; iç üniteden ç›kan bak›r borular hava so¤utmal› kondenser ile irtibatland›r›lmal›d›r.

ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL The control panel which is put on the device so as to provide the full automatic operation of the device is equipped with enough number of contactors, thermics, fuses, commutators and signal lamps.

ELEKTR‹K KUMANDA PANOSU Kompakt cihaz›n›n tam otomatik çal›flmas›n› sa¤lamak üzere cihaz üzerine konmufl olan kumanda panosu yeterli miktarda kontaktör, termik, sigorta, pako flalter ve sinyal lambalar› ile techiz edilmifltir. Ayr›ca kompakt cihaz› ile müflterek çal›flacak olan su so¤utma kulesi ve kondenser için kilit sistemi konmufltur.

CONTROL PANEL The control panel is equipped with an on-off switch for start or stop the unit. Operating conditions and also faults occured on the system can be seen by signal lambs on the panel.

KUMANDA PANEL‹ Cihaz›n kumanda paneli; cihaz› çal›flt›r›p durduran pako flalter, cihaz›n çal›flma durumunu ve sistemde oluflan ar›zalar› gösteren sinyal lambalar› ile techiz edilmifltir.

PLENIUM BOX Plenium box is mounted to the non-duct connectable units. Material of the box is same with the main body. A special grill is mounted in front of the box to distribute the air flow to the room.

PLENYUM HÜCRES‹ Kanala ba¤lanmayan tip cihazlara konulmaktad›r. Ana gövde malzemesinden yap›lmaktad›r. Cihaz havas›n›n mahale da¤›t›lmas› için ön taraf›na çift s›ra özel bir menfez monte edilmektedir. 3
