3. Find the PCV line connection at the front of the valve cover. Using the pliers, slide the clamp to the right, then pull the line off. Keep it in a safe place or leave it on the hose, it is used later.

4. Using the included rubber fluid hose supplied in your kit, connect the hose to the valve cover and route it as shown below. Secure to the valve cover with a clamp from your kit.

5. Install a -6AN>10mm Barb fitting into the other end of the hose. The 10mm barbed end goes in the hose. Secure with a hose clamp from your kit. The threaded section should be showing.

6. Attach the Single Catch Can sub-assembly to the passenger side strut tower using the supplied M8 bolt and washer from your kit. There is a factory tapped hole here that is not used and available.

7. While the bolt is still loose, use one hand to position the bracket and then tighten the bolt with your other hand. You can get this bolt snug by hand using the ratchet. Then, give it a good 1/8 to 1/4 turn. The bracket and cans should be secure in place.

8. Install the Stainless Steel Feed line from your kit between the rubber hose and the Catch Can. Install the line as shown, with the 90deg fitting installing at the can, and the straight end attaching to the fitting installed in the hose.

***Be very careful when threading –AN fittings made from aluminum. They can cross thread easily if you are not careful. They also seal very easily, so very little torque is needed when tightening them. Use an 18mm wrench or 11/16 wrench on the lines. 9. Find the line you removed from front of the valve cover earlier, and install a -6AN>10mm Barb fitting from your kit. Secure it with the factory clamp.

10. Take the Stainless Steel Return line with straight ends and connect to the fitting in the previous step. Connect the other end to the Cath Can.

11. When you install the return line to the can, you are finished. Double check all connections are tight and put back your intake system and install the engine cover. Your install should look like this.

***Maintenance*** The Catch Can filters engine vapors and needs to be emptied when it fills up. When and how fast it fills up depends on a lot of factors like driving style, engine mods, climate, elevation, etc. We recommend you check the fluid level using the included dipstick once a week in the winter months and twice a month in the summer months. The can has a drain plug on the bottom if you want to build your own draining system. However, we recommend just disconnecting the lines and removing the single mounting bolt to empty the can. To see this procedure, please refer to the Catch Can removal and draining video on our YouTube Channel. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCH7GFQfUdWv7VeXcj1n5zZg Removing the can to empty it can be done in a simple manner of minutes, and you don’t have to get underneath the car to drain it!
