15MN36208 – Warrant Arrest On Sunday December 13, 2015 at approximately 9:15 pm, Ptl. Christopher Makwinski stopped a vehicle on Route 9 for several motor vehicle violations. A subsequent investigation revealed the operator, Joanne Murphy a 47 year old white female paralegal from Jackson NJ, was found to have four active warrants from multiple jurisdictions totaling $978.00. Joanne was also found to be operating the vehicle with a suspended driver’s license and fictitious license plates. Joanne was arrested processed and released after posting bail in full. Patrolman Christopher Makwinski handled the arrest. 15MN36204 –Theft of Property On Sunday December 13, 2015 at 7:33 pm, a 54 year old white female from Neptune Township reported that on 12/12/2015 her white iphone 6 was stolen at the Englishtown Auction, along with two cell phone cases. The victim reported to have approximately $635.00 in personal items stolen from her. Patrolman Christopher Makwinski handled the report. 15MN36191 - Warrant Arrest On Sunday December 13, 2015 at 4:40 pm, Patrolman Morgan Joiner conducted a motor vehicle stop on Pension Road. A subsequent investigation revealed that the driver, later identified as Michael Milici, a 51 year old white male, convenience store clerk, and resident of Manalapan had multiple outstanding warrants totaling $1,850.00. Michael was processed and turned over to Spotswood Police Department on an outstanding warrant out of their jurisdiction. Ptl. Morgan Joiner handled the arrest. 15MN36181- Theft of Property On Sunday December 13, 2015 at approximately 2:20 pm Patrolman John Lightbody responded to a residence on Tuppence Road for a report of a theft. The victim, a 54 year old white female, reported that two inflatable Christmas decorations were stolen from her front yard sometime during the night hours of December 12. The decorations are totaled at $160.00. If anyone has any further information regarding this case they are asked to please contact the Manalapan Township Police Department. Patrolman John Lightbody handled the report. 15MN36125 – DWI On Saturday December 12, 2015 at approximately 9:30 pm Ptl. Bryan Belardo responded to the Manalapan Police headquarter parking lot in reference to a harassment/road rage incident. Investigation revealed the driver of one of the vehicles involved, was found to be Driving While Intoxicated. The driver, Miguel Vazquezteles, 30 year old Hispanic Male Freehold Boro resident employed as a

landscaper, was arrested, processed and released on motor vehicle summonses for DWI, Careless Driving and Possession of Open Containers in a Motor Vehicle. This case is pending court. 15MN36119 - Possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana On Saturday, December 12, 2015 at approximately 7:54 pm officers responded to New Beginnings Crossing for a report of suspicious vehicle/persons. A white female 17 year old juvenile student of Monroe Township High School and David Pedro Diaz Jr., a 19 year old black male, unemployed resident of Manalapan Township were found to be in possession o less than 50 grams of marijuana. The female juvenile and David were transported to the Manalapan Township Police Department where they were processed. The juvenile was released to her mother. David was released on his own recognizance. Ptl. Bryan Belardo, Ptl. Matthew Poricelli and Ptl. Joseph DeFilippis assisted with the investigation and processing the arrest. 15MN36094 – Unlawful Possession of Imitation Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Possession of Cocaine, Shoplifting. On 12/12/2015, at approximately 2:45 pm, Det. Kenneth Mikulik, and Ptl. Christopher Makwinski were on a plain clothes detail in the Englishtown Auction. While patrolling the Auction, an individual identified as Christian Importuna, a 20 year old white male restaurant worker from Englishtown, ran past the officers. Christian was then being followed by another individual calming he shoplifted items from his retail stand. Christian was located by patrols and was positively identified by the victim. Christian was found to be in possession of stolen property (knives), two imitation firearms, and cocaine. Christian was arrested and processed by Det. Mikulik and Ptl. Makwinski and released pending court. 15MN36058-Warrant Arrest On Saturday, 12/12/2015 at 9:11am Sgt. Michael Hoppock initiated a motor vehicle stop on Sobechko Road for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, Naji Shalabi (50 year old white male from Clifton, NJ who is retired), was found to have an active traffic warrant out of Paterson, NJ for $250.00. Mr. Shalabi posted bail and was released. Ptl. Charles Mazzatto handled the processing of the arrestee. 15MN36101 – Theft of Property On Saturday 12/12/15 at 5:30 pm a theft was reported to this agency. The victim, a 44 year old white male Manalapan resident, reported an unknown actor removed two Bulb Head brand, Laser Light Lawn Lights from his front yard at approximately 11:45 pm on 12/11/15. The victim, a 46 year old white male Manalapan resident, reported an unknown actor(s) removed a Bulb Head brand, Laser Light Lawn Light from his front yard between 11:30 pm on 12/11/15 and 8:30 am on 12/12/15. Aaron Abeles. 15MN35965- Warrant On Thursday December 10, 2015 at 2:44 pm Tara Marie Jobe a 24 year old white female Howell, NJ resident who is currently unemployed turned herself in on two active traffic warrants. The warrants were out of Manalapan Twp for $1000 and Kenilworth Twp for $223. Jobe posted bail, was processed and released. Handled by Ptl. Jeff Emslie. 15MN35934 – Possession of Imitation Firearms On Friday December 11, 2015 at 9:22 am, Patrolman Morgan Joiner responded to Wemrock Brook School for a white male juvenile from Manalapan possessing two imitation firearms. Patrolman Morgan Joiner responded to the school and spoke with administration and security personnel who related that the juvenile was in possession of two Air-soft BB guns on his bus en-route to school and in a classroom of Wemrock Brook School. The student was removed from the school and this case will be reviewed. 15MN35889 – Terroristic Threats On Thursday December 10, 2015 at approximately 7:55 pm, a 39 year old white female and a 40 year old white female both Manalapan residents responded to Manalapan Police headquarters to file a terroristic threat report. The complaining parties related they were threatened to be killed by a 38 year old white female from New York City. Patrolman Christopher Makwinski handled the report. 15MN35868- Warrant Arrest On Thursday December 10, 2015 at 3:11 pm, Vincent Difilppo, a 41 year old, white male, Port Authority worker, and resident of Manalapan turned himself in on an outstanding traffic warrant out of Sayerville Municipal Court for $125. Difilppo was processed and released after posting bail with Manalapan Township Municipal Court. Ptl. Mark Casagrande handled the arrest.

15MN35850- Warrant Arrest On Thursday December 10, 2015 at 12:13 pm, Alia Hyman, a 27 year old, black female, Certified Nurse Assistant, and resident of Manalapan turned herself in on an outstanding traffic warrant out of Manalapan Township for $240. Hyman was processed and released after posting bail with the Manalapan Township Municipal Court. Ptl. Mark Casagrande handled the arrest. 15MN35870- Theft By Deception On Thursday December 10, 2015 at 3:53 PM a 44 year old white male resident responded to this agency regarding a theft of pool cover. He alleges that a pool contractor took his pool cover as well as a $1650.00 deposit in August to have the cover replaced. He has yet to receive the new cover or have his old one returned. Numerous attempts to reach the company were met with negative results by the victim. The incident is being investigated by Ptl. Anthony Cascella 15MN35847-Burglary/Theft On Wednesday 12-09-15 at 12:09pm a burglary and theft was reported to this agency. The victim, an 87 year old white female Manalapan Woodward Road resident, reported an unknown actor(s) entered her unsecured apartment and removed $100.00 in cash. The incident is under investigation by Ptl. Jeff Emslie 15MN35760 – Warrant Arrest On Wednesday December 9, 2015 at 5:37pm Dawn Ford, a 50 year old white female Manalapan resident turned herself in at police headquarters on a traffic warrant out of Manalapan Twp. in the amount of $164.00. Ford was processed and released after posting the bail. Ptl. Brian Cruse handled the arrest. 15MN35673- Possession of Marijuana On Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at approximately 8:50 am, Patrolman John Lightbody conducted a motor vehicle stop on Wood Avenue in Manalapan Township, after observing a motor vehicle violation. The driver, Lori A. Jorge, a 33 year old black female, resident of Rushland, PA, employed as an office manager, was found to be in possession of marijuana. Jorge was transported to the Manalapan Township Police Department where she was processed and released pending a court date of January 25, 2016 at the Manalapan Township Municipal Court. Jorge was issued multiple summonses before being released. Patrolman John Lightbody handled the arrest. 15MN35652 – Fatal MVA Hit and Run, Car vs Pedestrian

On Tuesday December 8th 2015 at approximately 11:30pm, patrols responded to Route 9 near the Gordon’s Corner Plaza bus stop for a report of a pedestrian struck. Upon further investigation it was determined Dominick DiGiorgio a 42 year old white male Jackson resident struck and killed Corrine Becker an 83 year old white female Manalapan resident while she was crossing Route 9. The suspect vehicle initially struck the victim and continued to drive South on Route 9, where he was later found at home. This incident is currently under investigation. Matthew Meyler or Detective Dominick Donatelli at 732-4464300. 15MN35597- Warrant Arrest On Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at approximately 2:00 pm Umi Kendrick, a 35 year old male, resident of Monroe Township, NJ, turned himself in to the Manalapan Township Police Department for an outstanding traffic warrant that was issued for his arrest for $164.00 out of the Manalapan Township Municipal Court. Kendrick was able to post bail and was released. Patrolman John Lightbody handled the report. 15MN35579- Warrant Arrest On Tuesday December 8, 2015 at 12:13 pm, Lee Canas, a 21 year old, white male, Verizon Wireless Salesman, and resident of Elizabeth, NJ turned himself in on an outstanding traffic warrant out of Manalapan Township for $240. Canas was processed and released after posting bail with the Manalapan Township Municipal Court. Ptl. Mark Casagrande handled the arrest. KPD85 15MN35596- Motor Vehicle vs. Pedestrian On Tuesday December 8, 2015 at 1:56 pm, the Manalapan Township Police Department responded to the area of Woodcrest Way for a report of a male sanitation worker that was struck by his own garbage truck and had his leg pinned against another motor vehicle. The victim was treated on scene by police, first aid, and Paramedics. The victim was transported to Pine Brook School in Manalapan and then air lifted to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. The male victim, Gregory J Lamar is a 29 year old, Hispanic male, sanitation worker, and resident of Lakewood, New Jersey. The driver of the truck, Shavar Williams, a 40 year old, black male, sanitation driver for Future Sanitations Inc, and resident of Cliffwood, New Jersey was found to have a suspended license and was issued a summons for driving while suspended. Also on scene were MONOC Paramedics, Manalapan-Englishtown First Aid Squad, and George Logan’s Towing. Ptl. Mark Casagrande and Ptl. Ed Hedden are the lead investigators for the Manalapan Township Police Department for this investigation.

15MN35503-Theft On December 7th, 2015 at 7:37 PM a 40 year old white female resident of Kilmer Dr., Manalapan, reported a theft of a “Star Shower” light emitting holiday decoration valued at $39.99. The theft occurred between Friday 12/4/15 11:00pm and Sunday 12/6/15 1:00pm. Anyone with information is urged to contact Manalapan Police at 732-446-4300. Handled by Patrolman Edward Hedden.
