Warning Sign For Recess Lights Since 2013 it is now mandatory for all installations to include a safety sign fitted in the roof space. The regulations further outline the installations of a warning sign adjacent to the access panels is necessary in compliance with AS1319 and under certain guidelines including minimum letter height of 10mm. MM&S have designed a special warning sign encompassing the highest quality yellow polypropylene durable material to withstand tearing, moisture, temperature rise and insects. In keeping with the regulations, the sign must be viewable within the roof space and within two metres from each access panel.

WARNING

Recessed lights have been installed in this roof space. To reduce the risk of fire DO NOT COVER the light fittings with thermal insulation or any other material unless in accordance with instructions provided by the light fitting or barrier manufacturer. Complies with AS1319:1994 and AS/NZS60598.1 this sign must be fitted within roof space in view of, and within two metres of each access panel. Refer to AS/NZS3000:2007 Amdt2 Clause 4.5.2.3.2

We carry a wide range of 100% Promeg Poly Propylene lock out tags. All MMS Lockout/Tagout Tags feature 10mm brass eyelet for greater strength and increased durability.

Promeg has no Plasticizers, no leachable components, no lead, and no heavy metals. All the componets in Promeg conform to AS2070 Plastic Parts, suitable for food contact. They come in a five pack which includes five tags, cable ties and a Sharpie Marker. Special orders for bulk requirements can be arranged.
