Having considered Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union No. 630 Pension-Annuity Trust

2 Fund’s Motion for Consolidation, Appointment as Lead Plaintiff, and Approval of Selection of 3 Counsel (the “Motion”), and good cause appearing therefore, the Court ORDERS as follows: 4

The Motion is GRANTED;

The Related Actions are consolidated pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 42(a);

The Court, having considered the provisions of § 21D(a)(3)(B) of the Securities

7 Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78u-4(a)(3)(B), as amended by the Private Securities 8 Litigation Reform Act of 1995, hereby determines that Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union No. 9 630 Pension-Annuity Trust Fund is appointed as Lead Plaintiff; and 10

Lead Plaintiff’s selection of counsel is approved. Pursuant to § 2 1 D(a)(3)(B)(v),

11 the law firm of Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP is appointed as Lead Counsel and 12 Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP is appointed as Liaison Counsel for the class. 13
