Itinerary Day 1: Arrival in Cochin I Munnar (135km/4 hours) After arriving in Cochin, drive to Munnar and reach by afternoon. Check into the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Day 2: Munnar Meals: Breakfast After a hearty breakfast, go on a sightseeing tour of Munnar visiting the Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam & Dairy Farm, Old Munnar Town and the town market. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel. 3: Munnar - Thekkady (110 km/3.5 hours) Meals: Breakfast After a delectable breakfast, check out of the hotel. Drive to Thekkady and reach by afternoon. Check into the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure or take an optional boat cruise in Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Stay overnight at the hotel. Day 4: Thekkady - Alleppey (130 km/4 hours) Meals: Breakfast After an appetizing breakfast, check out of the hotel. Drive to Alleppey and reach by afternoon. KERALA PACKAGES 2. Scenic Munnar & Kumarakom (04 Nights/05 Days) Visit: Munnar - Kumarakom Days: 4 Nights 5 Days

Itinerary Day 01: Arrive Munnar After breakfast, check out of the hotel. Drive to Munnar, a hill resort ideal for a relaxing holiday. The tea gardens and cardamom plantations give Munnar a beautiful look. It is one of the major centers of tea trade in Kerala. It has the highest peak, Ana Mudi, in South India and is home to animals like elephants and the rare Nilgiris Tahrs. Among the exotic flora, there is the Neelakurinji, which blooms every 12 years. Arrive Munnar and check-in the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at the hotel. (Kochi-Munnar: 140 kms /04 hrs) Day 02: Munnar After breakfast, depart on a local tour of Munnar visiting Top Station (41 kms / 01 ½ hrs) for fantastic high mountain vistas. You can see the neighboring state of Tamil Nadu from here. Onto Mattupetty Dam, the Indo-Swiss Project where rare hybrids, especially the IndoSwiss hybrid cattle are bred. This will be followed by the Tata Tea factory and Estate (with prior permission). Return to hotel. Overnight. Day 03: Munnar - Kumarakom After breakfast, check out of the hotel. Depart by surface for Kumarakom (3½ hrs to Muthamma Jetty. Arrive and proceed by boat to your hotel. Kumarakom, the charming emerald peninsula, is situated on the scenic Vembanad Lake and in the heart of the backwaters. Arrive and check-in at hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy an ayurvedic massage at the hotel (optional). Overnight at the hotel. Day 04: Kumarakom After breakfast, take a backwater ride to see the villages where daily life continues unaltered as it has for centuries. One can also visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, a favorite haunt for migratory birds like the Siberian stork, as well as egrets, darters, herons and teals, is a 14 acre island close to Kumarakom . Day - 3:- Munnar - Thekkady Morning have breakfast at resort later check out resort and drive to Thekkady. Thekkady is a world famous wildlife sanctuary and it is also called as Periyar. On arrival check in Hotel Afternoon proceed for a game viewing cruise on the Periyar Lake. Here you will be able to see a large variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar etc. evening you can take an Elephant ride at Periyar wild life and rest of the day is at leisure.

Day - 4:- Thekkady - Alleppey (Houseboat) After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to houseboat. Around 1200 hrs. check in at the Houseboat and start your cruise through the rich and splendid backwater. Just relax at the deluxe houseboat.
